How do I work Digital Photo frame?

Should there be a way of storing the photos on my usb memory stick thing onto the frames memory? Instruction book useless as am I.

it varies - some you just have to leave the stick in to show the pics, others have their own internal memory so you can transfer them over. You are going to have to read the instructions again
