We have the home hub phone and are just using that now as main line. We've notified everyone of new number so only cold callers debt collectors will use the other number, we disconnected the phones from the old line but when someone rings them as the line is still active it's ringing through on the home hub phone which is very annoying, plus you can't actually answer the calls from it anyway.
have looked on BT pages and can't find anything about this, has anyone had this problem and how did you solve it?
