keep losing internet connection

happens at least twice an hour. have a belkin wireless g plus router and ntl internet.

when it goes down router is still lit up and working but have to switch off ntl tv/set top box then it works again.

any suggestions of what i can do to fix it? shall i get onto ntl to get a separate server? or it the problem with the router do you think?

There are so many possible causes that I think you'll have to start by calling them about it. They can lead you through some tests to narrow it down a bit. They may also be able to do tests from their end.

To see if it's the router/wireless link, you could plug in the computer on an ethernet (aka RJ45) cable so that the wireless link wasn't being used...
