"Internal Server Error" when logging into Paypal

I've logged into Paypal and, for the first time, am trying to transfer money in the account to my own bank account. I've followed the instructions and input my bank account details but it just keeps asking for bank account details and doesn't seem to have logged mine. When I click "contact us" to get help either via email or to get the phone number, I get a message saying "Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I've emailed the webmaster address but got an automated reply saying I need to contact customer services, which I obviously can't do as either my laptop, or their server, won't allow me to get the details! ARrrrrrrgh!

Can someone help please - in the first instance to find me either a working email or telephone no for Paypal, or how to circumvent this.

TIA.

I have had a look and the phone number is 08707 307 191. The contact us by email part goes into a form you have to fill in so I can't work out what address it actually is.

I am also looking at the online help thing - does your server error have a number?

It has information about errors 3010, 3014, 3015, 3017, 3019, 3025, 3093, 3107

Thanks for that ItD. No, it doesn't give an error number - just the message which I've cut and pasted above. Will give them a call as getting nowhere fast online! Many thanks.
