When sending a circular for work purposes i generally stick em all in an email as blind copied - my list is getting quite big nowand sometimes i get bounced back as too many. On windows vista whats the maximum in one email? thanks

It's nothing to do with Vista, it is down to the mail servers at the sending and receiving ends.

This is not what BCC is for, and so mail servers are more likely to treat your message as spam. Use an address list/contact group or whatever your email client calls it instead.

You add the contacts to a distribution list

Next to new there is a little arrow click on that & you get the option

I think you can save the list for future use
