Can't decide which iPhone to get - 3G/3GS, 8GB/16GB

I don't think I'll put much music on it, it's mainly for the apps, email and internet access that I want it, so in theory 8GB should probably be fine, right? But then it has to be the 3G rather than the 3Gs. Is there much difference between them. Is it worth the difference in price?

I have the 16gb 3g and im surprised just how much music i have put on it and have loads more to go on, i personally wasn't bothered by the 3GS as the camera and video camera were the only differences i could see and i have a decent digital camera already. Dp bought mine as a surprise and i was angry at first for buying it but now i love it!
