HELP!!

You can change it - you need to go to Services-System Output-Sound Settings. Highlight Digital Audio Output Delay & press Select Use the < > buttons to change the setting & press Select when it's right. (you get a preview so you can hear what it'll sound like)

Oh, I thought you must have been watching something like this...

I've had this a few times when watching things that I've recorded and I don't use digital audio output playing the Sky Box back through a "normal" TV instead.

What fixes it for me is to watch a bit of something else that has been recorded and then go back to what I was watching and everything seems to be fine.

You can even just record a little bit of "live" TV, watch it and then go back to your proper recording.

I'd be very curious if anyone does know what actually does cause this?
