Got a new laptop, help me set up my email

I'm clueless about the servers. I think the incomping one is POP3 but what is the outgoing server? I'm with Virgin (an old NTL one if that makes a difference).

Any ideas?

have you got your old pc set up still? If so, go to properties in your emails and it will tell you your servers.

if it's outlook go to view, accounts, and then servers

mine is smtp.ntlworld.com

Ok, found the servers via old emails - thanks. Now has anyone any idea what my password was?

Aghhhhhhhhh.

Also, I've set itunes up on the new laptop and signed in. I assumed all my songs would come up on my account but my library is empty. Do I have to put everything on my ipod and then move it all to the new laptop?
