Arrrrgh print cartridge problems - can anyone help?

I really really want to print a load of stuff out before tommorrow

Fairly new print cartridge - doesnt feel empty weight wise
But printer is insisting it is

Can anyone help me to persaude my printer to print???

i have the same problem. magenta ,cyan and yellow run out ,but i never use them

Pants isnt it!

I have even gone to the trouble of weighing the cartridge and comparing it with an old one - there is definately ink in there................

mine doesnt print unless all four colurs are ok and i hardly ever use the colours and it wont just let me print in black.Its such an annoying expense.
have you tried these cheaper refillable ones. dont know if they are any good or not. woried they might block up the jets if they are cheaper.
my friend who is at uni uses them on their brother printer and swears by them. they are half the price

Just buy a laser printer. It made my life so much easier.
