Netbook Internet connection wont come on HELP...

Its a Samsung nc10 netbook and can't get wireless connection, thought it would just come on automatically?

Any suggestions please

Is there a button anywhere on it that has a picture that looks like a radio tower? My notebook has a little button next to the power button above the keyboard that can be pushed to turn the wireless on and off.

tee is right - have a look for a wireless toggle (sometimes it's a button on the outside of the computer, sometimes it's a function button - on dells you often have to press fn and then F2.)

Or you may have to enable wireless connection via windows. Have you looked at your internet settings? There should be a tick box somewhere saying "enable wireless networking" or similar.
