How to find the webmaster?

Right I am in an online battle with Student finace England. I was to login and apply, the system hates me and wont let me do so. The lastest is chucking up an error that tells me to contact the webmaster and report an error message. However, i cant find any details on how to do this. Not even the lovely people on the helpline have heard of this. Is it something I can do or does this website just hate me?

For every domain, there's meant to be an e-mail address of postmaster@

You could also try sending e-mail to webmaster@

If you get error messages from both of those, then if you give their domain name on a post, will certainly try to come up with some mail addresses that work for you.

It was the direct gov website, student finance section. Will try that when I have tamed ds who is going psychotic at mo. I am counting to 10 very slowly. Cheers.
