My printer has frozen, what can I do?

Printer was not printing then I told it to delete the job from the list. It has completely frozen and will not do anything. It is a HP 1317. TIA

Remove power supply from printer. Reboot it from cold (ie wait at least a minute before plugging it back in). When you have unplugged it - delete any jobs remaining. Or if this does not work CTRL - ALT -DELETE and kill the printer from the list of active tasks.
