That's it really. I followed the links and ended up ordering one from Roxio, 15euros, impossible to install because it required the serial number for my computer. I found this but was unable to enter it in the format required, so cancelled order and requested refund. But i still can't watch DVDs on my recent Toshiba Satellite, help!
