Digital radio

I've had this radio for a few years now and it has stopped working on the digital bit (Sorry don't know the technical term for it). There was a lot of disturbance on it and then it stopped working completely.
The tuner radio still works.
Anybody got any ideas?

Retune it - what type is it? The brand and model - you can look up the instructions to retune it online.

I've got the instructions and it says that you can tune it for the first time by pressing certain buttons. Nothing whatsoever happens when you do press these or any other buttons, it just says DAB and there it stops. But you've given me an idea: it is a Goodmans X.Pro and I'm going to try and look that up on line and ask for some help.

No, that's no good, I can't find anywhere that gives customer service for Goodmans radios, so back to square one I'm afraid.
