Got a looong Gantt chart thingy in Excel(think landscape style but about 3 A4 pages long)

Need to convert this to an attachment that can be easily printed and readable. Thinking 3 pages of PDFs.

But how best? Leave it in landscape format? Transpose and have it in portrait? Or will this not make a difference?

Can I freeze panes to print, so if it does end up as 3 pages will include headings etc?

Any other suggestions

ACtually I may have worked it out (doh!) - I was overcomplicating.

Now I just need to work out how to print the cell notes as well as main content...

You need to be in page setup

Orientation - landscape

Scaling - fit to pages wide and tall

Header - whatever you add in here will appear as the title on each page

Sheet/Print titles - in 'columns to repeat at left' click on the little wizard button, it will take you back to your worksheet and you just highlight the far left column(s), and they will then appear on each sheet

Then just print to pdf

Hope that makes sense
