I've only seen it on o2 (want one...want one...want one...). The contracts I've seen start at around £35 but you still pay at least £75 for the phone, the phone gets cheaper as the contract gets dearer.

Try o2 online or carphone warehouse.

o2
£30 is lowest tariff - 75 free minutes, 125 texts and unlimited data and wifi

ooh thanks - my birthday is coming up so thought that would cover the phone cost ! I think I pay £27 ish anyway for my monthly tarrif on vodafone so that wouldn't be much more.

Have been with vodafone since I had a mobile phone (back when they were a brick) - its easy enough to take your number with you these days isn't it ?

Yes, they give you a pac (I think) code that you tell your new provider - valid for something like 30 days or so. Vodafone have to provide this by law if you ask.

ooh how exciting - thanks.
