buggery bollocks and my ipod

I have an Ipod nano which is driving me nuts!

I keep getting black squares on cover flow even thought the album artwork is in my itunes library.

When I sync, I am about 16 tunes short on my ipod from the total songs in my library - I have checked for duplicates and there aren't any.

I have updated the software and done a reset and completely re-synced.

Are these just annoying bugs? It irritates the crap out of my anal personality!!!!

if you are still under warrantee just send it back. I did with an ipod and the service was excellent.

Yeah, send it back. Their support is fab. I had a problem with an ipod about 3 years ago and they sent me a new one and they fixed a laptop problem recently for free.
