Anti viral software.....

Can anyone recommend a good anti viral package for a home PC?

I never know which one to go for, although I have a recollection that McAfee (sp?) is pretty restrictive.....?

I don't have any particluar requirements, just want one that does all the basics and is reliable and easy!

I use AVG-free as Onagar says and have done for years - great programme, totally free and easy to use!
