I am trying to download it onto a brand new Macbook, but it keeps saying 'mounting failed' and 'illegal access', what am I doing wrong? Could it be because of my very basic connection?

No idea sorry but bumping for you.

No idea either. I know nothing about MACs, but that sounds like a message you'd get when it tried to install. Are you downloading it first then running it? It's generally best to do it that way rather than simply telling it to install.

Also are you sure you are downloading the right version for your machine.

Thanks guys, in the end I managed, I think it was problematic because I am on a very slow connection and so it took an hour or so! But I got there in the end.....
