If I buy a PAYG phone from Orange...

...to replace my clapped-out contract phone, should I just be able to put my contract SIM card straight in and start using it? Or will I need to buy PAYG airtime first?

Have been on hold to Orange for ages and my phone is about to die, so I need to buy a replacement asap!
