Nervous to download not knowing if they are safe too

BBC iplayer is fab
I used to like 4 on demand, then I discovered you can watch channel 4 programmes on the channel 4 website

Im a regular kind of gal with tv - BBC and channel 4 is fine for me

Well, if you are going to be downloading TV illegally you may as well torrent it.

Download a bittorrent client like utorrent and find the files using say mininova.org or isohunt. Open the .torrent files using your client and away you go.
