Cannot log onto a web page...Help

I cannot log onto a site (fb) and just noticed in favorites a no-entry sign shows when I scroll over that page.
It is not on the other sites.

Help...

It lets me get to login, I enter my details and takes ages and then says Internet cannot display web page.

Probably just down at the moment. I would wait a while and try again.
