We need it imminently for trip to Europe
No helpline at weekend
Shop not sure if they can replace it as a licensed hi-tech product needing return to manufacturer
- Anyone idea of a workaround?
- What are my rights as far as stomping/screaming with the shop and insisting they replace it and THEY can return it to the manufacturer?
