I have a H printer (C7280 All in one) how do I scan to email?

I have done it before

It is being stupid

Can anyone fix it?

I believe when you press the scan button it should offer you a list including 'scan to email'

Hmmm not your fault then. I can only suggest rebooting the computer. Turning the printer off and on again and last resort uninstalling and reinstalling the printer software.

Since it has to access the PC could you have changed firewall settings?

Depending how you set it up when you press scan it might ask you to choose a computer first btw.

While I think of it. It's very important to install the software BEFORE connecting the printer.
Also if it connects via USB there are some USB issues that 'might' affect it. While it shouldn't matter which USB socket you use I've found that using a different one than the original can confuse it.
