CAn someone please help me to work my Windows media centre?

I cannot work out how to copy dvds from disc onto my hard drive.

It must be simple?

I have searched the help and advice bit on the laptop, but to no avail.

WHY DON'T THEY COME WITH A MANUAL!

Nicky I would be the same if oh hadn't showed me what to do, I don't like it though... (Limewire I mean) it is riddles with viruses and various other weird materials.

Feline, my dh can bearly switch a pc on, so I am witout hope!

It is a sad admission but I am the techinical one round here. Dh is still baulking in astonishment at the printing press.

I wish I had that problem. My Dh navigates this site better than I can. [yikes]
