I think Internet Explorer just uses your PC settings. If you go to Control Panel then Regional Settings you should find a setting for where you are. Try changing that and see if it fixes it.

Since I don't know what a Tim-Tam is, I'm probably not going to be much help But if you dig around whatever settings it has, it must be in there somewhere... It may be in the settings for the browser, or for the whole thing (whatever it is...)
