Several months ago I bought the full version of MS Office Home and Student and loaded it up with the Product Key without any problems. However, following a complete loss of the hard drive (now resolved, fortunately) I seem to have lost the Office programs and to restore them I need the disk (which I have) and the Product Key (long since lost, unfortunately).
I'm well aware that this is entirely my own fault for not backing it all up or keeping the product key in a safe place, but can anyone help with how to get a replacement key, which number to call etc?
