My phone has been going on the blink on and off for two weeks now, everytime the engineer is due out it is fine and I cancel, (won't this time).
I can hear the dial tone and I know a woman phoned (i can hear her) and she left a message, is there anyway to access messages on BT phone lines, done through 1571, can't face phoning BT on my mabile again to ask.
