why won't my vodafone mobile phone send the texts (stacked up in inbox). Got memory left.

About 5 in there now sonce 2.20pm trying to go. Also, I can't ring on it. Says calling, flashes it is, but no connection, and no error message. It's a contract so not a case of no credit, and I've emptied the message folders to create memory. Unless vodafone down?
Any ideas>

Mine sometimes does this and is usually rectified by turning the phone off and then back on.

No idea why it does it though!
