How can I trim a photo to a circle shape??

I did this last week with some online software, to put a picture on a thank you card, but cant find it or anything similar now!

Got a photo and want to crop it to a circle!

Help!!

This might help?

Upload the pic, click on the cut out tool. Draw the size of circle in the area you want it, then download and save back onto your pc.

Are you on Word 2007?

If so

Insert the picture (don't copy it)
Click on the picture
Then on picture tools
There are some shapes in the middle click the arrow next to them & you can have a circle with sharp or fuzzy edges
