I've been with AOL for years and bought a new laptop last year, I phoned them and asked about getting online with it and they told me to buy a router and to get this certain one. So I did and installed the router and was able to get online thourgh internet explorer and I sign into AOL remotely to pick up my e-mails.
But I find that I miss the software, I can't set it to sign in automatically anymore, I have no buddy list so don't know when my friends are online.
I called AOL and asked them about it and they told me to download the software from the website but it just won't work.
I know I've posted about this before, but no amount of trying has worked, I get so far into it then it doesn't work then I have to uninstall what it's done so far and start again.
Has anyone actually managed to download it successfully?
