trying to watch prog on bbc i player and keeps stopping

it started at 9 and i paused it thinking it would back up allowing me to watch but its still pausing

anyone help?

you might need an update for your router if you have one.

bbc iplayer and youtube was painfully slow and buffering all the time until i updated a peice of software for the router.

what memory is in your pc? and processor speed?

i find these most significant.
