How do i make the little orange clipboard connected with pasteing go away

It annoys me

I think it also is at Office Button> Word Options > Advanced.

Go to the cut-and-paste bit and uncheck the box that says 'show paste options button'.

Can you tell I'm supposed to be getting on with work today and looking for distractions?
