Skype telephones without switching on the computer, does anyone have one?

We are in Switzerland and I just got a massive phone bill so am looking for a cheaper option.

I have Skype on the computer but don't want to always have to sit at the pc while on the phone to my mum, I often do the ironing or the dishes while we chat.

Skype offers phones that use your broadband to call landlines anywhere in Europe for just over 4euros, without having to put the computer on.

Does anyone use this? Any recommendations?

I have just seen that there are phones that can be used for Skype calls and for normal landline calls. Sounds good to me.
