iPod?

I am looking at getting an mp3 player. nothing fancy. just reitively easy to use but i do want one that will store loads of songs an albums. Is an ipod really the best one to get? if so which kind and does it matter where i get it from? thanks

I have a shuffle which is good .....but my dp has one that stores photos and has radio on it which I am quite of .

Good thing about ipods I think is that Itunes is easy to use .

i think ipods are the best, ive never been happy with any other mp3 player ive had in the past
i have an 80gb classic. it just really depends how much music you want to store

An iPod is definitely the best way to go. Sounds like an iPod nano is what you need. Small, straightforward and will hold loads of music. You can get them anywhere including Argos and supermarkets. Doesn't really make any difference.

well i have around 7,500 tracks on mine and its not half full yet (80gb one)

....I have 267 albums stored on iTunes, and that uses (apparently) 9.67 gigabytes.

I have an iPhone that will store 8 gigabytes, so I can't carry everything on it all of the time. This doesn't bother me, but if you want to carry the lot then a nano (also 8 gig) probably isn't big enough for you.

....perhaps an iPod touch 16 gb (like an iPhone but, er, without the phone) or a classic would suit your needs best...

...and no. Don't fiddle about with other brands (though there are those, I know, who favour the Creative machines). I have a friend who bought a Sony, and curses the thing daily....

I'm using my iPod touch to post on mn. Wouldn't be without it!! Stores loads and loads.......
