hotmail problems

we cannot log into our hotmail account for the last 48 hours as it keeps saying username or password is incorrect even though it is coorect

has anyone else experienced this or does anyone know how we can access our email its now getting fairly urgent

any help appreciated

I've had this loads of times - you'll have to reset your password.

What happens if you click the button to say you can't remember the password?

sounds like someone's hacked into your account.
I'd contact msn immediately to reset password

car girl clicked on forgot password to reset new one but they email you to tell you how to reset it but obviously can't access email

but they should send it to a back email address or via royal mail - it depends how you set up the account, can you remember? do they not have a live msn customer services?

Have you tried going onto MSN.com to see if you can log in through there. My Hotmail has been tempermental but lets me log in this way?
