I am completely dense with all things computerised (learned to type on a manual typewriter, where I left my brain).

I used to use aol and when I sent emails with url's in them, they would go blue and whoever I was sending to, just had to click on them and they would be taken straight to the website.

I am now with BT/Yahoo and when ever you copy and paste the URL it doesn't form a link in the body of the message, so the recepient has to copy and paste what I have sent into their browser.

Any ideas of how to create a link in the body of the message?

Tia

There is an icon at the top of the bit where you type the message called "hyperlink" You click on that, the you have to open another window with the website that you want to link to, then drag that website's address into your message. Hope that makes some sense!

Just double checked and if you click on "hyperlink" a box comes up that asks you for the url, you then open a new window the drag the url into the space provided.
