I have an excel file that I need remote colleagues to view/update at any time

I update a speadsheet with invoice number, amounts and when they are paid. I've been emailing them to 2 other colleagues when I make a change - but is there anything out there that I can save the file to and they can access it at any given time?

They've suggested filezilla???

If this is something routine, then you need something like a Sharepoint site. We use them all the time for collabrative projects, but no idea on cost

You could try Google docs

There are sites you can share documents on but you have to pay a subscription usually and they usually fleece you and you can never deregister (voice of experience).

Can you do it on something like Airset groups where you post a shared document?
