MSN helps please

i am 2shoe's DS
i tried uninstalling MSN but i couldn't find it on "add or remove programs" so i went into program files and deleated all the MSN files and now i am trying to reinstall it but it wont let me because it keeps saying that i have MSN on the computer when i don't. anyone know how to solve this problem? i've tried installing older version but that wont work either.

Have you tried downloading from download.com?

it dosn't matter where i download it from. the computer won't let me install it again because it thinks i still have it on there. i didn't actually un-install it i just deleated the files.

My MSN keeps sending stuff to me from people who are not signed in, most of this stuff is porn web pages but not all of it, it looks like someone has highjacked the MSN as others on my messenger list are getting it also, HOW do I stop this as its not very nice headings that are popping up ( like come see my naked pictures etc)ANY HELP would be great to sort this out as I don't want to delete the MSN.
