Have lost my google browser again by accidently hitting shortcut - how do I get it back please?

It was saved in 'threads I'm watching' but I've lost them with the new look.

If I hover above the top of the screen it comes up but is hidden otherwise. I know there's a shortcut to get it back but can't remember
