OH MN please help me, I am pulling my hair out.....

when you install a program and vista remembers the settings, where are they?
I have tried uninstalling the program but when I reinstall vista still remembers the settings, and I need to remove the stttings as well.

Probably in your user's profile. Have a poke about in C:\Users\AppData\

wow I never knew that existed, it has all my deleted emails in it!!!

I set her up with her own profile, and re installed it and it had forgotton the settings and with a print out from her ICT teacher..........it worked
