I'm on Twitter - Stephen Fry was on the BBC this morning saying how good it is. Since then I haven't been able to search - I guess everyone is hunting him down !

RTKangaMummy · 24/01/2009 12:17

yesterday there was jeremy clarkson and Fern Britten the day before who was trying to say she was real when Phillip was sitting alongside the real one

Put it this way if SF or PS have them they are real if not then beware

Just joined, can't get the search function to work though. Found Alan Carr and Stephen Fry through your links though, thanks. Could anyone do a link for anyone else interesting??

ZoeC · 24/01/2009 13:25

Ok, answered my own question...link here for anyone that wants a list of people you may know on twitter: here

BecauseImWorthIt · 24/01/2009 13:53

I joined up yesterday, quite coincidentally, but couldn't really work out what I had to do!

This site will give you the celeb-twits (mostly US ones). Have hooked up with George Takei amongst many other randoms. I think Twitter is nature's way of keeping freelancers occupied when there's naff all work about.

Jonathan Ross is there as Wossy, Russell Brand is rustyrockets for some reason.

RubberDuck · 29/01/2009 18:28

Twitter in plain english

Whizzz · 29/01/2009 18:30

Jamie oliver is on there too but apparantly (according to Stephen Fry who knows EVERYTHING) it's his press people that post not him.

RubberDuck · 29/01/2009 18:31

For me, the celeb tweets bore me. I prefer following and having followers who will chat back (known as @replies). Have very little patience for people who use it for marketing or PR purposes.

If you're on twitter though and also like taking photographs, @satscenes is worth following and contributing to (photos go to this page: Saturday Scenes. Fun, sociable and a nice friendly crowd.
