Whats a good webcam for under £30?

Hi,
My best friend is off to India and I want to buy a webcam, I have downloaded skype(though haven`t a clue what to do with it) but need a webcam good quality but not more than £30, and do I need a microphone and ear plugs too? Thanks.

My partner bought one over Christmas. He said it was about £20 - from PC world. I tried to post you a link to it but the website is down. Hope they haven't gone down the pan as well???
