iTeddy help - does anyone know how to download off the computer?

Please help - I have downloaded the software from the internet but can't seem to be able to convert any music files or photos. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for your help, I hadn't seen that page so have read through. I am having a problem as the "folder" is not appearing on my desk top. I therefore can't seem to convert the files. I am probably doing something really stupid but have done it over and over again today to no avail. When we bought it I didn't realize you would need a degree in computing to use it!!! lol

Oh you are using a Mac. I'm afraid I know nothing about those, but it still should work. Are you sure you have the cable in right?

No not a mac. Will get dh to try again...

If not a Mac than the folder doesn't appear on the desktop itself, but in 'My Computer' if you double click that.

If you have speakers on the PC I'd expect it to make a sound too and an extra icon to appear in the system tray (bottom right corner)

I can't find it now, but I thought I read that the socket on the teddy for the cable was also used for recharging. Is it charged up enough and is there any kind of switch to change from recharging to uploading?

We have finally got it sorted. Thanks for your help. Yes the folder was hidden in "My Computer". Sorted now-one very happy four year old
