Why can't we get UKTV Gold on freeview? It says "encrypt program". Can anyone help please?

As per the title really!

Ever since we've had the freeview box (1yr since moving house) we've been unable to get UK Gold. As we surf up the channel numbers it comes up on the information everytime, tempting us with what we're missing, but it's just a fuzzy screen with a message in the middle saying "encrypt program". What should we do?

Hopefully it's something simple. Can anyone advise me? DH wants to watch Jonathon Creek

Thanks Mutt. So it was something simple after all - get the credit card out Doubt we'll actually do it though, it'd likely not be worth it just for JC, Only Fools and Horses and Hyacinth Bucket.
