....and now i can't watch video's on Facebook, You Tube etc.

It says i need to download the latest Adobe Flash Player which i have done loads of times but it still won't let me watch them. Am i doing something wrong or do i need to use IE for things like that?

Works fine for me too.

when you downloaded the flash player, did you also install it? There will be an icon on your desktop.

Phoenix · 04/01/2009 17:24

Yes i've had loads of icons on my desktop. I've moved them into unused desktop icons once it hasn't worked so they're still installed but it still doesn't work

...did you actually click on any of these icons and go through the installation process?

If not, that'll be why...

KnickKnackNaNewYear · 04/01/2009 17:27

Its not something as simple as needing to reboot your computer before the installation is complete?

JJ · 04/01/2009 17:28

Are you using AdBlock? It can block Flash content. You will need to uninstall it (not just not use it) if that's it.

Phoenix · 04/01/2009 17:31

haha i'm so thick. You got it right retiredgoth i didn't click on the icon to complete it . All done now

Ditto what retiredGoth said...have you definitely clicked on one of these icons and completed the installation process?
