How to get bbc i player download onto ipod

dh has downloaded from the iplayer for mobile devices but it has gone into our Windows Media player and he can't work out how to copy onto ipod as it won't sync. Does he need to move it into itunes first and if so how ? tia

To get something into iTunes, you need to know where the file is on your computer (the most difficult bit!). Then choose "Add to library" from the File menu, choose the file and presto bingo, there you go, it's in iTunes. Then you can add it to your iPod.

...but I doubt very very much if this will work.

You may need to use an iPod conversion software such as Videora.

I certainly cannot add iPlayer videos to my iPod on my Mac.

I could not do it onto my iphone and i spent ages trying. There was no appropriate file on hte BBC to download
