Hello, can anyone help?? For the past two days, I have been able to access some internt sites, but not others. It seems fairly random; I can get on to the main MN page, for example, but not on to the search page in talk. I can get on to the BBC weather page, but not the BBC news page. I can get on to Nationwide and Natwest websites, but not Amazon. (You get the gist!). It doesnt say anything, but just nothing comes up and it seemingly takes forever and just says 'connecting' but never does connect. Does anyone know why this could be??? We thought it might be our Sky Broadband, but have just got DH's work laptop out (which I am on now) and there is no problem. Have we somehow changed some security settings that makes some less secure sites unable to load? Also, we have McAfee on our PC, could it be that it has installed something that overprotects it?? ANY help gratefully received as dont really know where to start?! Thanks!

....no expert on Windows but you could try altering the security settings for the interweb.

I've just tried it on an XP system (don't think Vista much different)

From Start select Control panel
