Please make sure Justine can hear you say that turning it off and on again fixed it. She thinks we're taking the piss out of her when we suggest that. Admittedly, we do suggest if for solutions to problems like "Could someone please work at the weekend" and "Why is the sink full of dirty tea cups?".

No, what you do is come along & do something that looks impressive but is entirely irrelevant & then say 'That should be fine once I've restarted'

Impresses teachers and 7 year olds anyway....
