How can I open a CD-R with photos on when I've put it in the disc drive?

I have no idea what I'm doing!
Whe I put a normal cd in it starts playing but I can't seem to open this one with photos on it, what should I be looking for?

Go to my computer (the icon, not MY computer personally!) and click into the disc drive icon. It should ask if you want to open/play etc

I have been trying that but it shows 4 disc drives and dvd drive and when I click on any of them it keeps saying insert disc??! any ideas?

Do you have a photo viewer package on your computer? Can you run it through that?

Open and close the disk drive again. Give the CD a bit of a wiggle. What's happening at the moment is the computer is not 'seeing' the disk in the drive. If all else fails, take the disk out and try rebooting the computer.
